This policy covers the website juicycoupon.com and the Juicy Coupon browser extension.
What we collect
- Store domains. The extension checks whether the site you are on is one of the stores we support. If it is, we receive that store's domain, so we can show its coupons and credit your cashback. Other sites stay on your device.
- Your actions in the extension window. Which coupon you activated or copied, and your region, platform and browser language.
- Account details, if you register for cashback: name, email address, and a password stored only as a cryptographic hash — or your Google account identifier and picture if you sign in with Google.
- Cashback records: the store, the amount credited, your USDT wallet address and the payout transaction.
- Technical records: the IP address and browser identification of requests to our servers, as any website receives.
We do not collect your browsing history, page contents, or anything you type into forms.
What we use it for
To show coupons for the store you are on, to credit and pay out your cashback, and to see which offers work. Nothing else.
Who else receives it
When you open a store through us, the link carries a random identifier to the affiliate partner network that pays the commission your cashback comes from. Those partners set their own cookies and apply their own privacy policies. We pass them no name, email address or wallet address. We also rely on outside services for signing in with a Google account and for showing store logos.
We never sell your data or pass it to data brokers or advertisers, and we never use it for advertising, profiling or credit scoring.
Where it is kept
On servers we operate in Germany. Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed, and only service administrators have access.
Deleting your data
Write to us from your registered email address and we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold. Records of cashback already paid out may be kept longer where accounting rules require it. Everything the extension stores on your device goes when you uninstall it.
